DAYTON, Ohio (WKEF) — Months after his death, Christian Black’s family and the Montgomery County Jail Coalition continue calls for independent oversight committee.
In March, Christian Black lost consciousness while in the restraint chair at the Montgomery County Jail. He later died at the hospital. Still, his family and the Jail Coalition said they are fighting to change the system they believe is responsible for his death.
