MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – The Mobile County Commission is expected to discuss on Monday a policy on public use of county-owned buildings and spaces that would go in effect Jan. 1, 2026.
County officials say it’s a use of space policy for county-owned buildings and designates what is a public forum or is not.
They say for the first time the policy tells people what they can do related to expression and mostly codifies what’s been practiced.
