WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A Wichita teen passed away Sunday, days after his Make-A-Wish was granted, and after receiving an outpouring of support from across the country.
AJ Yell, 14, was diagnosed with terminal cancer at 11.
“It is with a heavy heart that we have to say our beautiful, sweet, boy, AJ went to meet Jesus this morning,” said AJ’s mom, Jessica Yell on Facebook. “Our hearts are broken but we know he now has no more pain. Please keep us in the thoughts and prayers as we navigate the journey ahead.”…
