SPOKANE, Wash. – Bistango, a popular downtown martini lounge, celebrated its 20th anniversary with a lively event on Saturday.
Reema Shaver, the owner of Bistango, reflected on the journey, sharing both the memorable and challenging moments the establishment has faced over the years. She highlighted the market crash in 2008 and the COVID-19 pandemic as particularly difficult times. However, Shaver expressed gratitude for the support from the Inland Northwest community.
