WALDORF, Md. — A 63-year-old man with no fixed address is accused of assaulting three people at a Waldorf convenience store, including a woman who tried to help him while he was bleeding, according to charging documents.
Norman Randolph Jenkins is charged with three counts of second-degree assault tied to an incident on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at the Dash In on Crain Highway.
Trooper First Class E.
