EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEVV) — The Evansville Fire Department recently received “comfort bags” from the Be Kind for Ollie Foundation, in honor of Jamie Dill’s son, Ollie.
These bags contain items like stuffed animals, coloring books, crayons, fidget toys, and tissues, aiming to support children during difficult situations.
“Ollie’s legacy now rides with us on every response, offering comfort and kindness when families need it most,” said the fire department.
Firefighters will utilize these bags during calls involving children who may be scared, injured, or emotionally overwhelmed…
