LAWRENCE, Ind. — An investigation has begun after a 4-year-old was struck by a vehicle in Lawrence.
According to the Lawrence Police Department, officers responded to the intersection of East 47th Street and North Longworth Road after a 4-year-old was struck by a vehicle while riding a scooter.
