Ricardo Champagne, 76, from Philadelphia’s 8th District, has been reported missing. He was last seen on November 22, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. boarding a Septa bus on the 3800 block of Woodhaven Road, heading toward Franklin Mills Mall.
