A new business that would serve fresh deli meats and cheeses by the pound is seeking permission to also sell beer and wine at a historic site in south Marion County.
A special use permit to allow for on-site sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages for The Inn Spot is part of the Marion County Planning and Zoning Commissions’s regular meeting.
The property in question is the old Oklawaha Inn, located at 13490 E. Highway 25 in Ocklawaha. It is situated just north of Gator Joe’s and just west of Ocklawaha Liquors.
