AUSTIN, Texas — An Austin commercial real estate broker, Justin Bayne, is facing charges for his involvement in a high-profile drug ring. The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) revealed that Bayne was both a buyer and facilitator for Uthman “Tobi” Salisu’s cocaine operation.
Salisu, a Nigerian national, admitted to distributing cocaine to multiple individuals, including Bayne, who initially started as a frequent buyer but later helped expand the operation.
