The Symphonic Band will present a concert titled ‘From Darkness to Light’ on December 1, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in Kimball Recital Hall. The event is free and open to the public. A live webcast will also be available. The program includes works by Suzanne Wieland, Katahj Copley, Alex C. Ehredt, John Mackey, Aaron Perrine, and Ivan Trevino.
The concert will feature the Twin Lakes Duo, Emily Salgado and Jimmy Stagnitti, as guest performers on Trevino’s ‘Run to the Light.’ The Twin Lakes Duo was formed in 2023 and focuses on performing works by underrepresented and contemporary composers.
