APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Cole Simon, one of the suspects in a fatal drug overdose in Black Creek, was convicted Friday.
Simon pleaded no contest to first-degree reckless homicide. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 22, court records show.
