The Loveland Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is actively seeking three new board members to fill vacancies. The DDA board is comprised of Loveland community members who are passionate about improving the Downtown District. The DDA board is governed by Colorado’s DDA State Statute that requires board members’ eligibility must comply with specific requirements. The application deadline is Dec. 13, 2025.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a resident in the DDA boundary, or
- Own a property in the DDA boundary, or
- Lease a property in the DDA boundary, or
- Manage a leased property in the DDA boundary.
