SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) – We have an update on that fatal hit and run we told you about in Schenectady back in March. The 8-year-old victim’s mother talked to NEWS10 about the charges the suspect now faces.
Sequia Gamble is Zion Delancy’s mother and she questions why evidence was not collected at the time the suspect was arrested. “His birthday is coming up. December 11th. He’ll be 9,” said Gamble.
