Rosamond man sentenced to life term for neighbor’s murder over window dispute

BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A Rosamond man convicted of murdering his neighbor over a broken window dispute in 2020 has been sentenced to 25 years to life plus 10 years, according to the Kern County Superior Court website.

Raffi Daniellian was found guilty on Sept. 25, 2025, of first-degree murder with the use of a firearm in the death of Lavel Myers.
