Baltimore, MD (WBFF) — The arrest of a murder suspect in Baltimore is highlighting the issue surrounding violent repeat offenders.
Tirrell Evans is facing several charges including first degree murder in connection to the shooting death of a 42-year-old man in west Baltimore September 11, 2024, the Baltimore Police Department confirmed in a release this week.
