Law enforcement received a call around 11:50pm on November 23rd after reports of a hit-and-run incident on Lockport Olcott Road in Newfane, Niagara County.
The 911 caller stated that a female and young child was struck / run over by a vehicle that fled the scene. The call was deemed ALS priority. EMS and rescue was requested. Mercy was also contacted to see if they could respond due to weather in the area…
