CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — Community advocates and Culver’s are organizing a birthday awareness event for Sebastian Rogers, the 16-year-old Hendersonville teen who has been missing since Feb. 26.
Sebastian is autistic, high-functioning, and has a chromosomal deletion, according to investigators.
