BATTLE CREEK, Mich. (WOOD) — Post Consumer Brands is laying off more than 70 employees from a Battle Creek facility, according to a notice filed with the state.
A total of 71 employees will lose their jobs starting Jan. 8, according to the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification letter.
It said the layoff is happening as it stops its Honey-Comb, peanut butter and some granola operations at its facility on Cliff Street near Main Street in Battle Creek. The impacted employees include 30 production support employees, the notice says…
