LANSING — Fifty new Michigan State Police troopers will begin serving communities across the state next week after graduating today from the 149th Trooper Recruit School in Lansing.
During the ceremony, MSP Director Col. James Grady administered the Oath of Office. Governor Gretchen Whitmer thanked the recruits for their service commitment and noted recent public safety investments totaling more than $1.6 billion since she took office.
