Lansing-based accounting firm Maner Costerisan has acquired Grand Rapids-based Baker Holtz PC in a deal that will significantly expand its presence in the West Michigan market.
The two firms finalized the transaction in late October and the acquisition will become effective Jan. 1, 2026, marking the latest in a string of deals between Michigan accounting firms aimed at growing, scaling and expanding service capabilities for clients.
The acquisition gives Maner Costerisan, which ranks among Michigan’s largest accounting firms, a stronger foothold in Grand Rapids while providing Baker Holtz clients more specialized services the smaller firm couldn’t offer on its own…
