TOLEDO, Ohio — Schmucker’s Restaurant is baking and selling pies in time to answer a Thanksgiving question this week: what’s for dessert?
The west Toledo establishment announced it will be selling pies on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, about three months after a fire forced the restaurant to close, creating uncertainty over whether they’d be able to make their homemade Thanksgiving pies at all this year.
