TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – Toledo City Council members are targeting after-hours clubs following a spike in gun violence tied to the venues, including a shooting that killed a 19-year-old woman outside a club on Hill Avenue.
Council members Adam Martinez and Theresa Morris said they want stricter oversight of the late-night party spots after the Nov. 2 shooting at a plaza on Hill and Reynolds.
