New Orleans-area homeless advocates concerned about changes to federal HUD assistance

NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) – Like many cities, New Orleans has people who are homeless and living on the streets.

And advocates for the homeless fear thousands of Louisiana residents could be back on the street due to changes to a homeless program policy by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
