The alleged operator of an after-hours nightclub has been arrested after the building was targeted in an immigration raid where federal authorities detained dozens of undocumented migrants.
Luis Amador Castillo-Hernandez, 37, was arrested Wednesday and charged with two counts of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, according to Bexar County court records. He also faces an immigration detainer, a request to hold a suspect for possible deportation by federal immigration authorities.
