SHREVEPORT, La. – Southwestern Electric Power Company is moving forward with a multi-year plan to consolidate several key operations into a new, expanded service center complex in west Shreveport.
The project on Jefferson Paige Road is aimed at improving reliability, response times, and overall efficiency, according to SWEPCO officials.
Michael Corbin, SWEPCO’s Louisiana external affairs manager, says the work underway is part of a broader transformation of the utility’s Shreveport-area infrastructure.
