ST. LANDRY PARISH, La. (KLFY) — Charlee Lear has been appointed as the hearing officer for the St. Landry Parish Bureau of Administrative Adjudication, where she will oversee cases related to code violations.
Lear’s role is designed to help the parish government collect fines on code violations, including littering, dumping and animal violations, which have been persistent issues in the area.
