Downtown Spokane Welcomes New Shops, Restaurants, and Activities Ahead of Thanksgiving 2025

As Thanksgiving approaches in 2025, downtown Spokane has seen growth with several new businesses opening this year. The city center has added a range of shops, restaurants, and recreational spaces, contributing to increased activity in the area. These new openings reflect ongoing interest in downtown Spokane as a place for business and community events.

One new business is Cultivated Chameleon, a boutique that combines sustainable fashion with a café. Wonderground has opened in the Wonder Building, offering golf simulators and a bar managed by Ethan Stowell Restaurants. Jupiter’s Eye Café is a bookstore café that focuses on mystery, science fiction, and fantasy books, where visitors can also order drinks.
