AIKEN COUNTY, S.C. (WJBF) – On November 8th, Aiken County Deputies responded to 126 Old School Road in Windsor, where witnesses had located a victim of a gunshot wound.
The victim was identified as 29-year-old Jamal Richardson, who was pronounced deceased on scene.
