NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A convicted felon was arrested Saturday after North Charleston officers said they recovered two firearms.
The officers were conducting proactive patrols near Dutton and Sumner Avenues just before 2 a.m. when they noticed a group of six to eight males standing near two vehicles parked behind an apartment complex.
