Seattle investment firm scoops up another West Michigan shopping center

A Seattle-based real estate investment firm has acquired a prominent Grand Rapids-area shopping center anchored by Best Buy, Michaels and Burlington, marking its second investment in West Michigan.

Bridge33 Capital acquired the 225,307-square-foot Green Ridge Square shopping center at the end of October from Green Ridge Holdings LLC. The shopping center has 27 retail spaces at 3410 Alpine Ave. NW in Walker, located just north of I-96.
