Man charged with assaulting adult woman, 21-month-old child in Shippensburg

SHIPPENSBURG- A man with addresses in Baltimore is facing charges in Shippensburg for allegedly assaulting both an adult victim and an infant child earlier this year. Keyon Shamar Frazier failed to post bail of $25,000 after being charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanor terroristic threats, misdemeanor assault, and citation harassment. He remains incarcerated in Cumberland County Prison.

Pennsylvania State Police say they were dispatched to a home on Bard Drive in Shippensburg Township, Cumberland County, around 10:15pm on September 16th for a reported active domestic incident with a weapon.

When Troopers arrived, they say they spoke with the victim outside of the home. That victim’s boyfriend, Keyon Frazier, allegedly was engaging in a verbal argument throughout the day with her until it became physical with Frazier allegedly “repeatedly hitting her in her facial area, causing minor injuries.” After this Frazier allegedly kicked a second victim, the first victim’s 21-month-old child, in the head…
