LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A cat had to be put down after being shot by a man with a BB gun in Lebanon County, police said.
Lebanon City Police said they filed charges Monday against 63-year-old Dennis Thomas after an investigation that began in the summer.
Police were called to the 1100 block of Meily Street around 1 a.m. on June 26 for an animal cruelty complaint.
