ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The Town of Penfield approved a new 7 Brew location on Empire Boulevard.
On the Town of Penfield’s website, the project is listed as “approved.” According to the proposal, the former Chili’s building on Empire Boulevard would be demolished, and 7 Brew will install a drive-thru-only coffee shop.
