EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 34-year-old man was arrested on Saturday, Nov. 22, for indecency with a child and public intoxication in Fabens, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office (EPCSO).
Shortly before 8:55 p.m. on Saturday, deputies responded to a report of a sexual assault in the 600 block of NE Davis Street in Fabens.
