EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 60-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting that injured another man this past Sunday, Nov. 23, in El Paso’s Upper Valley, according to El Paso Police.
Police say Kevin Carl Welch, 60, has been arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly shot a 59-year-old man several times.
As KTSM 9 News previously reported, they responded to reports of a shooting at the 200 block of Lombardy.
