HOUSTON — Houston police have released the name of a 63-year-old woman who was killed in a shooting at a large party in southwest Houston over the weekend.
On Monday, the Houston Police Department said the woman has been identified as 63-year-old Eleanor Williams. She was an innocent bystander who was leaving when someone opened fire on the crowd in the parking lot.
