AMARILLO, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) —The Panhandle Adult Rebuilding Center (PARC) is a place for adults experiencing homelessness to feel welcomed as soon as they walk in the door.
Those who are served by The Parc are called by name, and each of the staff members and volunteers know their stories.
