AUBURN – John Newberry, 51, of Omaha is charged with operating a motor vehicle to avoid arrest and criminal mischief on Oct. 31.
A Nemaha County Sheriff’s Office affidavit says Richardson County informed Nemaha County they were pursuing a Toyota at speeds of 100 mph. A deputy set up a tire deflation device south of Auburn and says the Toyota was driven on the wrong side of Highway 75 and collided with a Chevrolet Traverse.
