By a sheer stroke of luck, a Hedwig Village police officer says the suspects wanted for shooting a Houston police officer drove right past her minutes after the shooting.
Houston police officer Jake Parker was on his way to work in his personal vehicle when he was shot at Gessner and Hempstead Highway in what police are describing as a road rage episode.
