TULSA, Okla. — The Tulsa Police Department says it has arrested a man who reportedly assaulted people with bear mace at a restaurant in west Tulsa Monday night.
Police responded to Dave’s Hot Chicken in Tulsa Hills near 71st Street and South Olympia Avenue around 10:45 p.m. after several people flagged them down to report the assault.
