With the recent acquisition of an 84,400-square-foot industrial building at 400 E. Parr Circle, appliance distributor ZLINE is better able to store excess inventory – strategically purchased to offset fluctuating tariffs – as well as handle return inventory that formerly was shipped to Tennessee for processing.
The facility adds to ZLINE’s ever-expanding footprint in Northern Nevada. Since relocating to Reno in 2016, ZLINE has taken 176,000 square feet of industrial space and in 2022 relocated its corporate headquarters to Gateway Drive in South Meadows.
In 2023, ZLINE expanded from its original 40,000-square-foot warehouse at 350 E. Parr Circle to 92,000 square feet. The company, which has two additional facilities in Ohio and two in Tennessee, employs nearly 260 people, with a headcount of about 150 in Northern Nevada…
