Bojangles, the restaurant chain that specializes in fried chicken and biscuits, is opening a new restaurant in Gilbert.
The restaurant, to be located at the northeast corner of Val Vista and Mercy Road, is scheduled for a spring 2026 opening date.
The project is part of a 20 unit deal led by operators, LVP Restaurant Group, LLC, an entity of LV Petroleum, in partnership with Kingsbarn Realty Capital, serving as real estate developer, according to a Bojangles press release. Kingsbarn confirmed the news with Anthony Hama, the company’s president of development opportunities, noting, “A typical Bojangles employs around 100 people, so this location will bring meaningful job opportunities to the community, along with increased sales tax revenue and economic activity.”…
