UNION CITY, Ga. — This Christmas Eve could be a life-changing day for one lucky winner of a home raffle. Real estate developer Booker T. Washington, founder of Techie Homes, is raffling off a fully furnished home inside Union Park Cottages for just a $25 raffle ticket.
