BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A Bakersfield attorney facing felony DUI and hit-and-run charges had a good reason for missing recent court hearings — he’s in the hospital.
Documentation showing William Charles Wright is hospitalized was presented Tuesday morning to Judge Gloria Cannon. She recalled a bench warrant that was issued but held last week after Wright missed two hearings.
