While at the intersection of Jefferson and Lindenwood/Freeman, an interesting scene unfolded. Two state troopers were spotted turning left onto Jefferson, headed towards downtown. They paused to allow an ambulance to pass through on Jefferson, moving west towards Jefferson Pointe. Following this, a black minivan and three additional state troopers (one in a marked pickup) turned left, trailing the initial group. The reason behind this unusual procession remains unknown.
