Podcast to examine serial killer’s confession in GR mid-90’s murders

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — A criminal profiler turned podcaster believes serial killer Garry Artman killed more women than he’s claimed.

“I think there’s a high likelihood that there are other victims out there,” said retired FBI profiler Julia Cowley in an interview with Target 8. “He’s already demonstrated that he has no regard for life, and so it would not surprise me if there are … multiple victims that have never been linked to him.”
