Community activist steps in to protect family of victim who was stabbed to death

DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — After a woman was stabbed to death in Harrisburg, a local community activist stepped in to help the victim’s family as the investigation continues.

The suspect involved in the stabbing on South 17 and Vernon Streets was in a relationship with the victim, according to Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo. Harrisburg Police determined the fatal stabbing was a domestic related incident.
