Today’s meeting included attendees not usually seen at city council meetings — high school students from Vigor High School and the Youth Council of Prichard, who wanted to learn more about local government.
“[We just wanted] to see how the council really works. (It’s) a lot of talking it out, but at the end of the day they do it for the city of Prichard. They don’t have to do big things. Just do simple little things to help the community out,” said Gregory Davis, president of the Youth Council of Prichard.
