MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) – For over two decades, the Partnership for Your Success program has been helping members of the United States Army get a head start on life after service. The program works by guaranteeing soldiers a job interview with one of the program’s industrial partners once they leave the service.
“It’s integral to our recruiting operations because it shows the young men and women who are looking to join the United States Army that their service is not only valued but the attributes and skills they develop are highly valued in the civilian workforce,” said Lieutenant Colonel John Michael Miles, Commander of U.S. Army Recruiting Battalion Montgomery.
